Our (near by) personal favorites are:
Oil Creek State Park Trail  (from Titusville to Oil City)
Allegheny River Trail   (from Frankin to Emlenton)
and   Sandy Creek Trail    (connects to the above trail at Belmar Bridge)

All are paved and very scenic
